Diversity in large metropolitan areas is a common term, but what does it truly mean? Diversity is much more than your cultural background or ethnicity.
It is the inherent byproduct of the mix of Culture and Lifestyle which occurs to a great degree in urban centres. Factors from socio-economics to cultural norms and global immigration patterns to regional racial stratification all have an effect on a person’s mindset. It is yet another complicated layer a person’s make-up and how they ultimately choose behavior and make decisions.
